Do you want to learn pottery on vacation? Or do you just want to dedicate a few hours to being creative and being inspired by the beautiful Ligurian landscape? In our ceramic studio in Bogliasco, a small fishing village on the Ligurian coast, you can experience just that!

Bogliasco is about 20 minutes by car or train from Genoa and is a small colorful paradise right by the turquoise sea. And this is exactly where we give our pottery courses.

Whether you just want to get a taste of the art of pottery or dive deeper into the production of ceramics in an intensive course we can offer various course models that adapt to your needs in terms of intensity and duration.

About us:

I, Karo, have been giving pottery courses since 2016. In my previous pottery studio in Berlin, I offered many different courses and I have learnt that anyone, with the right instructions, is capable of making beautiful ceramic pieces. My several years of experience allow me to respond to the different needs of participants of any kind and support them in their personal pottery project. Over the years I have been able to study clay as a material and I have got to know all of its qualities as well as its peculiarities.

You will learn the hand building technique which I use myself to build my own pottery production you see on my website. With my classes you will discover this ancient art and the joy and reward of making your ceramic pieces just with your hands and a few simple tools.

In my course you will get supported throughout with lots of tips and assistance from me; you will be able to take your first steps in this beautiful craft with ease and chances are it might even be the beginning of a great life long and fulfilling passion (just like it was for me) :)

Auguste is my little dog lady and business partner :) She is with me most of the time in the pottery studio and she accompanied me in my ceramic journey from the very start. She looks forward to meeting you in our ceramic studio and she is always happy to pick up a cuddle or two.

 

Individual Group Events:

 

If you are interested in having your own individual group event like a birthday or holiday pottery course with a group of friends, please contact me for more information! We can discuss all your wishes, possible dates, course content and costs together. A group event can be booked for a group size of at least 3 participants.
